6. Job Scheduling
Jobs are automatically created as unscheduled when an estimate is approved.
Scheduling
On the scheduling page, you can filter jobs by blueprint, to make it easy to focus on the most important jobs of the season. Here you can drag and drop jobs into place on the calendar.
The job duration is calculated based on the labor hours and the crew size you set in your workflow settings. You can reorder jobs by priority. However, you cannot resize a job, or set it to a specific time of day. Since its impossible to predict operations work, this approach maintains a good level of flexibility for you, while also keeping things organized.
Note: If you have the multi-crew feature enabled (coming soon), you can assign crews to jobs or blueprints, and the
crew sizesetting will no longer apply.

Tracking
You can track when jobs start and stop. Jobs can also be deferred, for example when scheduling mistakes happen, or a job cannot be completed for some reason. You can find out more about these details in the job concept page.
Once a job is marked as completed, it will be added to an invoice. We'll talk more about that in the next section.
