Workflow settings

All the settings

These are the settings you can change that adjust how Groundskeeper calculates your estimates, jobs and invoices.

Crew size

The number of crew. For plans that allow multiple crews, this value won't be used

Default travel time

What's the default length of time, in minutes, to get to a customer's property

Estimate warning days

You'll be notified this many days after an estimate was created to complete the estimate

Hide Cancelled Jobs

Don't show cancelled jobs on the invoice

Hours per day

What's the default amount of hours you are operational in the day

Include travel time in estimate

Decide to pass the travel time cost on to your customers or not

Invoice warning days

You'll be notified this many days after an invoice was created to complete the invoice

Minimum labor minutes

This is the minimum number of minutes you charge for. By default it is set to 15, meaning, you charge in 15minute increments.

Next Estimate number

Estimate numbers go up sequentially. You can set or reset this number.

Next Invoice number

Invoice numbers go up sequentially. You can set or reset this number.

Require completion notes

Job cannot be completed without adding notes

Skip Qualifying

Skip the qualifying step for your estimates

Start time

The time of day you expect your first job to start

Total hours in day

This is the maximum capacity work hours in a day, excluding breaks

Measurement type

Imperial or Metric. Default is imperial
