Property

Overview​

Properties are synonymous to customers, though you might have customers that own multiple properties. Each property record contains contact information and physical characteristics (called property metrics) of the actual property.

Property Metrics​

Groundskeeper has certain pre-defined property metrics that define the property. You can use these in your Blueprints. If you find that you need additional metrics, reach out to our support team to discuss your use case.

Property Blueprint Difficulty​

Each property record also has a blueprint difficulty section. This is used to adjust the labor time to service the property for each of your defined blueprints. By default, the difficulty is set to 0%, meaning, its the same cost as defined in the blueprint. You can adjust the labor price up or down 100% to match the time in the estimate with the time it takes to service the property.
